Can you feel the change in the morning light? Now that the autumnal equinox has passed, there is officially more darkness than daylight. Even though fall has merely begun, we’ve officially entered the dark days of the year. So it’s time to take some proactive measures before being snow plowed by Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) in a couple months time and wondering which way is up.
Hi Loren, This is all so true. I have experienced SAD for decades and have used the recommended lights throughout that time. I have found that they do help. I am not one to go out early during "the dark days" when it is cold outside so the lights have saved me a great deal of depression. Take care, Berti
